During the game, you can advance the in-game time by one hour by pressing the time advance button in the upper right or by pressing the "ctrl" key.

*** Doctors

The number of doctors does not change during the game.

Up to three doctors can be assigned to each hospital in a district.
As time passes with a doctor assigned, the doctor will treat all patients in his or her assigned hospital that fall under his or her specialty.

If three doctors are assigned and all of them have the skill for the patient's specialty,
the patient can receive the equivalent of three treatments per hour.

Doctors have a specialty.

Patients' specialty varies depending on their condition. Even if a doctor is assigned to a hospital, they will not receive treatment for a patient with a specialty outside the doctor's specialty.

While not assigned to a hospital, doctors can increase their specialty and improve their skill in each specialty through research.

*** Patients

A check is made every hour for patients. If the check is successful, a new patient will visit the hospital.

When a new patient appears, a certain budget is provided based on the severity of the illness.

Each patient suffers from a single illness, and the amount of treatment required is determined based on the severity of the illness.

There are various types of treatment:

Medicines

Medical Supplies

Laboratory Equipment

Treatment is carried out according to the grade set for each medical specialty.

However, in order to provide treatment, a doctor with the skills in the medical specialty corresponding to the patient's illness must be assigned to the hospital.

If a specialized doctor is not available, treatment will not be carried out.

Once treatment is completed with all medications, medical supplies, and laboratory equipment, the patient will be discharged.

When a patient is discharged, medical fees are paid based on the time spent on treatment.

The shorter the treatment time, the higher the fee, but after a certain period, the fee will be reduced to 0.

These can be set for each medical specialty. Changing the settings for one medical specialty will
apply the same settings to hospitals in all districts.

The higher the grade, the higher the hourly budget required and the greater the treatment's effectiveness.

However, if a hospital does not have a specialized doctor, treatment will not be carried out.

*** Research

Doctors not assigned to a hospital can conduct research.
Research incurs costs during the research period, but upon completion, their skill in the selected medical specialty will increase by one.
